On top of my daily duties as a Drug Product Finishing Associate I, my highlight as a graphic designer was when I joined the PCI's (f.k.a. Ajinomoto) engagement team. I strengthened company relationships with the help of an organized team by facilitating social events and spirit days, encouraging recognition among peers through weekly morning announcements, promoted company fitness app and company volunteer group events, and conducted surveys for feedback which all efforts increased company engagement by 5 percent from last year's team. In addition, coordinated company flyers, powerpoint presentations, slideshows, and digital board postings.
